Ditrops’ New Look For its Canadian Super App

Led the redesign of Ditrop’s website to showcase its Super App ecosystem, including ride hailing, food delivery, real estate, and SME services, resulting in an estimated 30% increase in user engagement and improved navigation through a clean, intuitive, and modern user experience.

Retargeting Pulse new to a newer, younger audience

Transformed the Pulse news web platform to engage the younger audience better and align with modern digital consumption trends for over 30M users, by leading the research, analysing customers and business problems to identify key pain points, redesigning and testing the platform with the target demographic.

Omnipresent Employer of Record Dashboard

Working with product managers and developers, I led the design of key features for our SaaS platform like HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding for an all-in-one global payroll and HR platform, reducing hiring time by up to 50% in some countries.

Contributed to the design of Omnipresent’s Employer of Record (EOR) platform, helping global companies manage international hiring, compliance, and payroll with ease. Focused on creating a seamless, user-friendly experience that simplifies complex workflows for HR teams and remote employees.

Edves Education Technology Platform

Led the end-to-end design of Edves’ web and mobile platform, simplifying operations for over 2,000 K1–K12 schools. My work improved how teachers teach, students learn, and administrators manage, driving an increase in platform adoption and scaling to more countries.
